New patient today. Office and staff are attentive and relaxed. Kim did my x-rays seamlessly and quickly, she made me very comfortable. Cleaning and treatment plan review was pleasant and all my questions and concerns were answered. Great to find a friendly, clean office that is convenient w nice professional DDS's!

All staff doctors, hygienists, and receptionists are so professional, friendly, and respectful. Practice does not overbook - have never had to wait when arriving for an appointment. Quick in and out and all procedures and costs are explained. So happy to have Dr. Richman as my dentist.

Highly recommend Smiles Unlimited in RVC! Dr. Richman recently did some fillings with no pain or issues and he fixed my bonding on my front teeth and it came out beautifully. I am very happy with the work. The staff is so friendly and I really appreciate that you are taken on time for your appointment. And last but certainly not least, I love that they have a therapy dog Max! He is so sweet and puts you at ease.

The place is clean, service is excellent, dentist has great bedside manners and a sense of humor. You can find a good dentist anywhere but the above is what sets smiles unlimited apart.

Smiles Unlimited is a wonderful dental office with very professional and friendly staff. The office itself is modern and very clean. The technology is up to date. Dr. Richard is very knowledgeable, and he explains everything to you in understandable terms. By far the best dental experience I've ever had! Highly recommended.

I went to Smiles Unlimited not knowing what to expect. It was very soothing experience and felt like I was part of the family. I felt very comfortable after talking to Dr. Richard he told me what to expect, and everything he said that would happen did happen, there was no surprises, after having all my questions answered, I decided to have the work done. They have top notch team of doctors and medical personnel in the event anything would go wrong. I would highly recommend getting the work done. It improved my appearance and my self-esteem... and yes, I really can't stop smiling !!

Absolutely the best dental experience I've had. Staff are so helpful, careful, and friendly. My dentist talked me through everything as he did it, and he listened to my concerns. And it is a fully wheelchair-accessible office. I'm so grateful for their approach at Smiles Unlimited.

The staff at Smiles Unlimited is incredible. They are kind, caring, and communicative. Dr. Richman is so knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. They really listen to your concerns and ease any anxiety you may have. The best dental office !!
